System Administrator / IT Allrounder (f/m/d) - from 30 hrs/week

Your Responsibilities

• You won’t be working as a lone wolf. Instead, you will maintain and develop our IT landscape together with another IT Administrator.

• You are responsible for the security and stability of our internal infrastructure, managing firewalls as well as the entire hardware and software landscape. Through automated patch management processes and security configurations, you ensure that internal systems always comply with security best practices and run stably.

• You provide the base infrastructure for our teams, maintain our in-house IT landscape, and actively contribute your expertise in the areas of servers, networks, cloud, and IT security.

• You manage the authentication processes within our systems.

• You take over the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as infrastructure optimization, migrations, or the implementation of new technologies.

• Last but not least, you coordinate the cooperation with our external service providers and act as a sparring partner in the areas of servers, Windows, and networks.

• You bring in-depth experience in system administration and are proficient in managing IT infrastructures across virtualization, servers, storage, and networks.

• In mixed environments (Windows Server, macOS, Linux), you feel right at home and have a confident command of technologies such as VMware and Veeam Backup.

• Sound knowledge of Google Workspace administration and a good understanding of modern MDM solutions are core parts of your repertoire.

• Proactive implementation of security best practices is second nature to you, ensuring a secure and stable system environment at all times.

• Your passion lies in automation (e.g., using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools) as well as the ability to understand the "big picture" and skillfully link diverse technologies.

• As a confident personality with efficient prioritization skills, you excel across all service levels with proactive optimism, a sunny disposition, and a strong service orientation.

The minimum salary is EUR 3,900 gross per month. Your actual salary will be determined together with you.
