Senior Consultant - Digital Strategy (f/m/d)

As Senior Strategy Consultant (f/m/d), you develop visionary and outstanding business strategies that push the boundaries of technical possibility. As a transformation expert, you understand how to translate technical complexity into commercial success. You are the driving force that guides companies (primarily in industry and retail) safely through transformation, always keeping ROI as your central “North Star”.

Your Responsibilities

• Corporate Analysis & Strategic Vision: You act as a strategic link between business logic and high-end technology. You conduct in-depth analyses of organizational structures, business processes, and data architectures to design a trend-setting strategic vision and translate it into a multi-year transformation roadmap.

• Methodology & Framework Design: You are proficient in applying complex analytical models, such as SWOT, Value Stream Mapping, or Capability Mapping, and use them to develop specific decision and evaluation logics that serve as a solid foundation for strategic corporate direction.

• Technology Radar & Research: You validate the market readiness and potential of technological innovations, such as Agentic AI, Computer Vision and Automation. Using systematic research frameworks, you identify strategic "White Spots" and transform internal expert knowledge into marketable strategies.

• Executive Alignment & Stakeholder Management: You moderate workshops at the C-level, establish consensus among heterogeneous stakeholder interests and are responsible for creating precise decision-making templates for senior management.

• Solution Design & Pre-Sales: In close cooperation with the sales team, you sharpen complex service profiles, highlight the value proposition in proposals and represent our concepts confidently in competitive pitch situations.

• Consulting Experience & Excellence: You have a long-standing track record in strategy consulting. Your focus is on the marketable positioning of complex digital services and the confident navigation of large-scale digital transformation projects through intricate stakeholder landscapes.

• Methodological Expertise: You have a firm command of the strategic toolkit (e.g. Design Thinking, modern scoping), apply it purposefully and possess the analytical sharpness to distill data and interviews into a coherent strategic overview (evidence packs, scorecards).

• Tech Radar: You can categorize technological developments (e.g. Agentic AI) and define the requirements (data quality, IT-maturity, governance, security, change-readiness) for successful implementation.

• Executive Presence: You act with poise and empathy at the C-level. Using precise questioning techniques and active listening, you lead complex discussions to clear results and communicate your recommendations concisely (in both German and English).

• Business Focus: Economic viability and feasibility form the inseparable basis of your sustainable success.

• Bonus: You have a particular interest in value chains within industry and retail (production, supply chain, after-sales). An existing network of technology specialists as well as sound knowledge of industrial system landscapes (e.g. ERP, PLM, MES) complement your skill set.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 5,714 gross per month. The actual salary will be agreed upon together with you.
