You will serve as our Trusted Advisor, handling all questions regarding labor law, Comp & Bens, and seamless HR operations. Thinking entrepreneurially, you find the right balance: You leverage your expertise to create fair, economic, and sustainable solutions, while addressing every challenge across the Employee Life Cycle of our Neturals with clarity and genuine care.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our experienced HR team, you will be the central interface between law, figures and people:
Compensation & Benefits Management: You are responsible for the entire C&B process (biannually based on the Merit Grid), ensure accurate processing and confidently and professionally advocate for decisions in employee conversations. Solid knowledge of the IT Collective Agreement (IT-KV) is essential for this role. You consistently monitor and actively manage new developments, such as the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Trusted Advisor & Labor Law: You are the first point of contact for all employment law issues and manage the entire contract lifecycle. You confidently advise our Neturals throughout the Employee Life Cycle. Furthermore, you specifically service and advise our spin-offs on labor law and contractual matters.
Payroll Interface & Process Excellence: You act as a payroll expert and sparring partner for our HR administration. You take ownership of this area and confidently oversee processes such as the GPLA audit.
HR Controlling & Reporting: You monitor personnel costs, analyze HR key figures and generate decision-relevant reports.
Job requirements
Several years of professional experience in a similar in-house HR role, a background in the digital environment is a nice-to-have.
A completed university degree (with a focus on HR, Business, Law, or equivalent) or a comparable professional qualification.
Fundamental knowledge of labor law and expertise in payroll accounting are indispensable for this position.
You are a clearly structured and confident professional who acts proactively and brings a passion for numbers and facts.
Your greatest strength is balance: You successfully combine an entrepreneurial perspective with the ability to communicate complex decisions clearly and persuasively and you possess a high degree of empathy for our Neturals.
Perfect German skills are a prerequisite, good English skills are necessary to conduct contractual and employment law discussions with our international Neturals.
